The Koch.Campus and us
52 personalities from Austria's cuisine, vineyards and agriculture have joined forces to form a non-profit association to further develop and communicate the "total work of art" that is Austrian cuisine. It all began in 2013 with the sad realisation that Austria's contemporary culinary quality is virtually unknown outside the German-speaking world and is reduced to clichés such as Wiener Schnitzel, Backhendl (fried chicken) and apple strudel.
The Koch.Campus has set out to change this. We have been proud cooperation partners since 2020 and support Austria's most renowned chefs on this path. We are making common cause!
