Manfred & Marion Ebner-Ebenauer

In 2007 Marion and Manfred took over the winery with its vineyards and gnarled old vines scattered around Poysdorf. They grow Grüner Veltliner, Burgundy, St. Laurent, Riesling and outstanding reserve sparkling wines. The winemaking couple has been certified organic since 2019 and members of respekt-BIODYN since 2023. Their first respekt-certified wine will be the 2024 vintage.
